Limited Warranty Policy – Offshore Fishing Reels

Warranty Coverage
We warrant that your offshore fishing reel is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective reel or component without charge, provided it has been used in accordance with the guidelines outlined below.

Conditions of Use
This warranty applies only to products used for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with recommended usage practices.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty will be considered void under the following circumstances:

• The reel has been used for commercial or professional purposes, including but not limited to charter operations, guide services, or rental use.
• The reel has been used with fishing line exceeding it's nominal line class weight. (i.e. 50 R = 50 lb class weight)
• The reel has been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, modification, or improper maintenance.
• Damage resulting from corrosion due to inadequate cleaning or storage.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or finish deterioration.

Limitations
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only and does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of catch, or related expenses.

Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required to make a warranty claim. The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase.

How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with details of the issue, proof of purchase, and, if requested, return the product for inspection. Shipping costs may apply unless otherwise stated.
